Analyzing your project and Pricing

We analyze your projects by using the information you provide us such as TIMING, REFERENCE PICTURES, FURNITURE IMAGES, FLOOR PLANS, SKETCHES, AUTOCAD, SKETCHUP, TEXTURE, and PICTORIAL VIEW OF YOUR DREAM DESIGN. Usually, the process takes about 2-10 business days for the photorealistic renderings. PRICES VARY FROM $599-$5999 per image. Please provide us with all the furniture images, if possible, or we can make the selection for you as well, without losing our quality standards.


We protect our clients by offering well-documented agreements that benefit our customers. I. LOU provides a safe working environment for business transactions.  The payment can be made by credit card or check, once we mutually agree to proceed; We will send you the invoice and a contract to sign. We can start the process as soon as we receive the payment and the signed agreement.


We do 3 test renderings before the final approval. Any additional changes after the third test would cost an extra $200 per new test rendering.  We keep you informed along the production by sending different previews, in specific sections of the designing process. This way we know how to serve you better and get you the desired results.
