What is the price range for 3D rendering services?

Our prices start at $399 per view. In order to provide a specific price, we need to first see the scope of the project and the desired view.

What do I need to provide in order to receive a quote?

Please provide us with all the information that you may have in order to give you with an accu-rate quote: delivery timing, reference pictures, sample furniture images, floor plans, elevations, sketches, texture, as well as any additional pictorial view of your dream design. While we appre-ciate and welcome your description of your vision, showing us with the above materials will help us better understand it. In other words, tell us, but also show us!

How long does the process take?

The product can be delivered to you in as few as 3-10 business days. However, please note that the delivery date will vary depending on the number and scale of revisions and ordered units. In addition, this is dependent on how quickly we hear back from clients with revisions. We request a response from our clients within 48 hours from the receipt of each draft. With all that in mind, please check the delivery date specific to your project when placing an order.

What type of files do you accept?

Blueprints, CAD files, PDF files, hand drawings, legible Sketches, SketchUp files, 3D Max files, FTP files, and Revit files.

In what format is the product delivered?

The final products are delivered in jpg format. If you wish to have it delivered in a different for-mat, please let us know in advance.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit or debit card payments through an invoice. Once we agreed to go ahead with the project we will send you a link to payment and the contract to be signed. Please keep in mind that we only start the project once we receive the payment.

How many changes am I allowed to request per draft?

We do 3 draft renderings before the final approval. We allow revisions and changes with each draft. Any additional changes after the third draft cost an extra $200 per new draft rendering. We keep you informed along the production timeline by sending each of the three different pre-views, in specific sections of the design process.

Is it possible to make several changes on one single item per draft?

While revisions are an intrinsic part of every draft, if a client requests that we change a piece of furniture, floor texture or wall color, et cetera, in one draft, they need to to wait until the subse-quent draft in order to change those same items another time. In other words, we can’t generate different views with different colors, or textures, or furniture. All views of the same draft are generated with the same changes previously requested, additional changes being reflected on the subsequent draft.

What happens if I have extra revisions after the delivery?

While we wish it weren’t so, the reality is that time used for each rendering that goes beyond the third draft takes time away from other projects and clients, hence our inability to produce additional drafts without an extra charge. Because there is an extra charge for revision requests after the final draft is approved and the product is delivered, we ask you to carefully inspect each draft prior to the final approval and subsequent delivery.
