Yes, we do. But for the convenience of our customers, we upload all available products on our website with specifications matching their actual looks, so that they can shop from the comfort of their homes without fear or misrepresentations.
Yes, we do! We also have top-notch and ready-made products as seen online available for sale. We understand that you don’t always have the time or patience to wait for furniture, fitting or any other household product to be built custom, so we have beautiful pieces of each of our products available in our showroom for immediate purchase.
100% payment upon booking will be required for your order to be processed.
There is no single mode of payment. We accept Cash, Personal Cheques, and Credit Cards. However, if you write a personal cheque, please ensure it is directed only to the US. If you choose to pay with a credit card, please be informed that processing fees will be charged.
We strive to ensure that every credit card transaction carried out on our site is done within a highly secured environment. Our payment system has a security encryption certification to ensure that all transactions are secure.
No, we do not store your credit card details on our site.
All successful transactions will receive a confirmation email on the email address filled in the payment form. If you do not receive any confirmation email, try placing your order again, or put a call through to our customer service center.
When you order via our website, we ensure that your order is processed within 24 hours, and gets delivered within 3-4 weeks, irrespective of product purchased.
Yes. The delivery cost will be included in the total price based on the information you filled.
Once an order has been placed, the details of the order will be sent to you. Your order number will be included in the email, so you can log into our website with the details, and track the status and other details of your order.
If upon delivery, you find out that your product has been damaged, please do not accept it. Notify our customer care team immediately; we will offer a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your choice and availability of the product. Yes. All of our products, irrespective of category comes with a unique warranty. However, we encourage you to reach out to us after the warranty period, so we can advise you on how to re-model the product instead of purchasing a new one.
Customization option is only available on selected products. Our customer service representatives will be happy to discuss questions relating to custom orders when you contact them.
Delivery of customized orders takes about 90 days in total, or less depending on the country where the item is being sent to, or the amount of product ordered. We need 45 days to make the product, and send pictures to you for approval. Then it takes one month to prepare the product(s) for shipping.
