Returns & Refunds

This return policies apply to the products of LOU.

Unless stated otherwise in any other part of our contractual agreement, the following policies apply on every return made by all customers:

  • Shipping costs for every return must be covered by you, except the return is due to defects in goods caused by us, or misrepresentation of information on our website.
  • You can send your product back to LOU using any carrier of your choice, however, please ensure that the method you are using is one with the ability to trace shipment. LOU would not be held responsible for any shipments in which the carrier is unable to provide delivery proof.
  • If the product you purchased is under warranty, LOU will bear the full cost of posting replacement products to you. However, all applicable duties as custom charges would be handled by you, unless otherwise agreed.
  • LOU would not be responsible for any loss or damage recorded during return transit.
  • LOU will never receive any pay on delivery shipment, unless with prior authorization from us. Any shipment arriving to us with due charges will be kindly rejected.

Replacement Product Notices

  • All replacement products are factory certified.
  • Your original product will not be returned to you.
  • All deliveries are tended during business hour to the address provided by you.
  • Delivery will be of fresh uninstalled products, irrespective of installments or adjustments done before return.
